On Regent Street, find Pravins (a jewellers) and D&A (opticians). Between them is Maddox Street - go down there.
This is south of Oxford Circus (the crossroads with Oxford Street). If walking down from Oxford Circus, Maddox Street will be on your right.
Walk up Maddox Street. Jamie's is the greeney-bluey (or "turquoise", if you insist) place on the right hand side, and circled in the photo:
