Important Charity-Related Information

• "Joinees.Org" is not a registered Charity - it's my website related to the "Join Me" group started and led by Danny Wallace.
• Our current items are being sold to raise money for Build Africa (previously called International Care & Relief) - a UK Registered Charity (Reg # 298316)
• 100% of the sale price of the eBay items will be donated to the charity indicated on the listing (via MissionFish, who handle eBay's for-charity listings like ours)
• Money raised may also be used to support the charity's aims and activities more generally - if a specific project described on this site and/or in our listings cannot go ahead, or if we raise more than it requires, etc.

EBay Details and Stuff You Should Know

• Danny owns the stuff we're selling, or other people have donated it for us to sell in this manner
• He's not, however, directly handling the eBay/Paypal activities - he has asked me to take care of those for him
• Any questions relating directly to the listings and bidding/winning/paying process therefore need to be sent to me, not him!
• I am not a professional eBay seller - you are buying from a private individual, not from a business
• Our "terms and conditions" are included on each eBay listing in the usual place and bids are accepted on that basis.

I will be listing the items, handling any "customer service" issues, taking payment into my personal Paypal account and then making the donation to Build Africa via MissionFish. Once an item has been paid for, I will send the winner's name and address to Danny so he can send the item (for everyone's protection, all the items we can post out to you will be sent Special Delivery or by courier service).

MissionFish have my credit card details on file, and if I were to fail to make the donation payment manually then they would bill my card for the relevant amount (they work closely with eBay, so they know how much each item sold for). Also, Danny knows where I live and he's bigger than me.

For the sake of completeness: My name is Matthew Fowler, the eBay account used for our listings ('joineeauctions', which was previously known as 'analogypolice') is my own personal one, as is the Paypal account. I also run this particular website. I'm doing the online-selling of these items, and I'm doing it for free.
